BOOKING POLICY:
✅ Deposit for slot reservation
✅ Once a booking is confirmed and finalized, the package is non-refundable for any unused tours, services, or inclusions.
✅ All bookings are non-rebookable, non-reroutable, and non-refundable in the event of a no-show.
✅ Rebooking or rescheduling is allowed only if there is a severe weather advisory issued by DOST-PAGASA or if required by the Local Government Unit (LGU).
✅ Only confirmed bookings will be accommodated. If additional guests arrive on the day of the tour without prior reservation, they will be accommodated subject to availability and may experience a waiting time of at least one (1) hour.
✅ If a guest is unable to join the tour due to unforeseen personal circumstances (e.g., illness, work commitments, family emergencies, transportation issues, or similar reasons), the booking shall remain non-refundable and non-rebookable, as all reservations and arrangements have already been secured with Tutulari Avatar Gorge. However, the guest or Tanaw Explorer may attempt to find a replacement to fill the reserved slot. If no replacement is found, the guest shall remain responsible for paying the full tour package.
✅ Free group insurance is available only to guests who have submitted complete and accurate personal information before the tour.
✅ Tanaw Explorer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
